William Feliciano, 97, of Plano, IL, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 28, 1923 in Puerto Rico, the son of Saturnino and Aqripina (Rios) Feliciano. He married Maximina Ramos Morales in Puerto Rico and later he married Hermelinda Hernandez in Puerto Rico. William was a truck driver, a taxi driver, and a farmer for most of his life. He was an avid Chicago Cub fan. William enjoyed a great mobster show or movie. He also enjoyed gardening, collecting watches, steaming hot coffee, and looking his very best.
He is survived by his three children, William (Maria) Feliciano Ramos, Jr. of Plano, IL, Nolan Feliciano Ramos of Chicago, IL, and Yvonne Collazo of NJ; thirteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; one sister, Elsie Cabasquini of Puerto Rico; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, both of his wives, and three siblings
Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Plano, IL. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Plano. For more information or to sign the online guest book, go to
