Timothy Gerald Bocian, 39, of Plano passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Valley West Hospital in Sandwich. He was born April 6, 1975 in Elk Grove, IL the son of Jerome and Sharon (Mitchell) Bocian. He married Kristiana Smith on May 2, 2009 in Ft Lauderdale, Florida He was a member of the Aurora Gun Club. Tim enjoyed fishing, camping, cars, the White Sox, the Bears, his dogs, his family and the greatest love of all was his children.
He is survived by his wife of McHenry, IL; his parents of Plano, IL; one daughter, Sabrina Boyer of McHenry, IL; two sons, Austin Boyer of McHenry, IL and Colin Bocian of McHenry, IL; two sisters, Teresa (Edward) Kropiwiec of Plano, IL and Charlene (Brian) Travilla of St. Charles, IL; four nephews, Jonathan, Nicolas, Aiden and Parker.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Plano, with Pastor Jeff Clow officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. on May 10, 2014 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
