Thomas M. Johnson

Thomas M. Johnson, 74, of rural Earlville, IL passed away Monday, October 18, 2021 at University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago, IL. He was born November 17, 1946 in Earlville, IL the son of Ivan and Gladys (Randall) Johnson. He married Wilma Johnson on October 21, 1966 in Ottawa, IL. He farmed in the Earlville, IL area for most of his life. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Wilma Johnson of Earlville, IL, one daughter Crystal (Adam) Holliday of Earlville, IL; three son’s Ed (Gina) Johnson of Earlville, IL, Wayne (Melissa) Johnson of Greenville, WI, and Bruce Johnson of Aurora, IL; twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, one sister Jodeen Williamson of Spring Valley, IL; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Conrad Johnson, and one sister Ramona Rafferty.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at United Presbyterian Church in Earlville, IL with Pastor Del Keilman officiating. Burial will follow at Baker Cemetery in rural Leland, IL. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at United Presbyterian Church in Earlville, IL.
