Terry Kuehlem, 56, of Plano, IL passed away, Friday, October 9, 2009 at Valley West Community Hospital in Sandwich. She was born July 28, 1953 in Sandwich, the daughter of Andrew Vernon and Betty Jean Sampson Anderson. She married Gordon L. Smith and later married John Harold Kuehlem on June 27, 1992 in Plano. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Plano, Yorkville American Legion Women's Auxiliary and a past member of L.O.T.E. golf league. She had a great love for cooking and Chicago sports teams.
She is survived by two daughters, Amy Smith of Sandwich and Emily (Will) Peto of Brookfield; three grandchildren, Cody Dean, Tyler Smith-Antrobus and Nevaeh Peto; her mother, Jean Anderson of Plano; three sisters, Carol (Tom) Lee of Indianapolis, IN, Kathy (Jack) Koteles of Yorkville and Connie (Don) Baker of Sandwich; one brother, Bill (Jayne) Anderson of Plain City, OH; her soul mate, Randy Fowler of Plano and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, both husbands, one daughter, Kristy Smith and two brothers, Doug Anderson and Steve Anderson.
