Sue C. Livingston, 73, of Yorkville, IL passed away Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Provena Mercy Hospital in Aurora. She was born March 15, 1938 in Sheridan, IL the daughter of Lawrence and Cathryn (Blakely) Orstead. She married Gene L. Livingston on August 22, 1964 in Aurora, IL.
She is survived by her husband, Gene, of Yorkville, IL; two daughters, Kristine (Roger) Storck of Sugar Grove, IL, Stephanie (Joshua) Guyer of Oswego, IL; one son, Steven Livingston of Yorkville, IL; four grandchildren, Patrick, Trevor, Jessica, Molly; two sisters and five brothers; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, John Peter and Rodney; two sisters, Joyce and one in infancy.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2011 at Burkhart-Eighner Funeral Home in Sandwich with Pastor Wes Bell officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Elerding Cemetery in Sheridan, IL. Memorials may be directed Pancreatic Cancer Research or the charity of one’s choice.
