Sheila Ann Klimczak, 68, of Millington, IL, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 17, 1955, to Richard and Jean (Schoenbeck) Pollard. She married Wayne Klimczak on August 16, 1974, in Burbank, IL.

Sheila was a dedicated stay-at-home mom then led a successful career as a Workers Compensation claims adjuster. She was a follower of Jesus, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed spending time in the garden with Wayne, hiking, going out to restaurants, traveling, hanging out by a campfire, attending concerts, and tailgating for the White Sox. Most of all she loved spending time with family and friends. Her selfless, fun, and vibrant personality will be missed by all.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Wayne; her four children, Adam (Jessica) Klimczak, Amber (Mike Koch) Herron, Angela (Wade) Hogan, and Andrew (Sabrina) Klimczak; her six grandchildren, Gabriel, Jameson, Henry, Hannah, Jack, and Liam; her siblings, Richard, Rita (Chuck), Joyce (Gerald), Timothy (Diane), and Charles (Mary); her siblings-in-law, Martin Klimczak and Sharon Murphy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Sheila was preceded in death by her father, Richard Pollard; her mother, Jean Pollard; her father-in-law, John Klimczak; her mother-in-law, Marcy Klimczak; and her sisters, Colleen Pollard-Looney and Janice Morris.

A Graveside Service will be held in Sheila's honor at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Little Indian Creek Cemetery in Leland, IL with Pastor Shayne Stoddard officiating. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, with additional details to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Divine Hospice.
