Ronald James Wojcik, 73, of Herrick, IL passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015 at Kindred Hospital in Sycamore, IL. He was born July 29, 1942 in Chicago, IL, the son of Ben and Gladys (Kellogg) Wojcik. He married Vivian Pietrzak on September 12, 1970 in Chicago. Ronald enjoyed trains, reading, friends and his greatest love of all was his family.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian of Herrick, IL; one daughter Michele (Gary) Bell of Sandwich, IL; one son, David Wojcik of Herrick, IL; six grandchildren, Jenna, Lauren, Blake, Brianna, Madison and Clayton.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Burkhart-Eighner Funeral Home in Sandwich, IL. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25 at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the charity of one’s choice.
