Roger E. Miller, 93, of Earlville, Illinois passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 9, 1926 in Paw Paw, IL the son of Lewis and Amy (Rosenkrans) Miller. He married Betty J. Starks on October 10, 1946 in Chicago, IL. He formerly worked at Sunstrand in LaSalle and was a truck driver for Doug Bend before retiring. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and his many friends. He will surely be missed by all.
He is survived by two daughters, Constance Brown, and Sandra Carr both of Triumph, IL; two sons, Ritchie (Zora) Miller and Mike (Alice) Miller both of Conrad, MT; and 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; one sister Lucille Thomas of Batavia, IL and one brother Lewis L. (Levina) Miller of Hamilton, IL, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Betty, one son Lewis Miller;
According to Roger’s wishes there will be no visitation. Private graveside services will be held at Wyoming Cemetery in Paw Paw, IL, with Pastor Sandy Smith officiating.
