Robert Wayne Robbins, 48, of Ottawa, IL passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at his son’s home. He was born April 15, 1963 in Poor Valley, Virginia the son of John Bailey and Barbara (Harris) Robbins. He enjoyed cooking and was an excellent chef.
He is survived by his son Eric Robbins of Ottawa, IL; five brothers, Rev. John Paul (Melinda) Robbins of Princeton, Lester Robbins of Sandwich, Jason Robbins of Ottawa, Gerald (Cindy) Robbins of Harding and Eric Robbins of Ottawa; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents;
Graveside Services will be held at a later date at Ottawa Avenue Cemetery in Ottawa. According to Robert’s wishes there will be no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville, IL. Memorials may be directed to the family.
