Patrick Joseph McCormick, 41, of South Elgin, IL passed away unexpectantly, Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Presence St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin, IL. He was born February 24, 1976 in Arlington Heights, IL the son of Donald and Jane Planicka McCormick. Patrick will be forever missed by his beloved mother Jane and sorely missed by his dog Zoe.
Cremation rites were accorded.
He is survived by his mother, Jane McCormick of Millbrook, IL.
