Mildred L. Boyle, 89, of Sandwich, IL passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013 at her home. She was born July 6, 1923 in Aurora, IL, the daughter of Alfred J. and Helen D.(Fidder) Laver. She married Raymond Boyle on March 9, 1943 in St. Charles, MO. Mildred was extremely crafty and an avid collector of all things. Mildred was always on top of things, filled with wit, humor and was very forgiving. She also kept up with politics true to her heart.
She is survived by her children, Dennis (Gloria) Boyle of New Mexico, Kevin (Linda) Boyle of Geneva, IL, Daniel Boyle of Sandwich, IL, Timothy Boyle of DeKalb, IL, and Dana (Kenneth) Anderson of Aurora, IL; ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren;
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Raymond, one son Raymond, one grandson, Jayfer Cane Boyle and two brothers.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Burkhart-Eighner Funeral Home in Sandwich, IL. Burial will follow in River Hills Memorial Park in Batavia, IL. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in the funeral home.
