Michelle Bonita Hood, 39, of Mendota passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at her home. She was born August 7, 1975 in Hinsdale, the daughter of James Charles & Kathleen Mae (Fisher) Super. Michelle served her country in the United States Army.
She is survived by her mother, Kathleen Loftin of MS; three daughters, Molly Super, Madison and Gracie Hood all of MS; two sisters, Wendy (Jeff) Maly of Earlville, IL and Anna (Kyle) Stremlau of WI; two brothers, Ryan (Nicole) and Michael Super both of MS; her step-mother, Elizabeth Super of Earlville, IL; two nieces, Sadey and Reagan; four nephews, Austin, Ian, Aidan and Tristan; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, James, her grandparents, Jim and Bonnie Fisher, Charles and Florence Super and one step-brother, Jasson Olson.
Memorial Mass will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Earlville with Father Bo Schmitt officiating. Burial will be private at St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery in Earlville. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 22, 2014 in the church. Memorials may be directed to the family.
