Michele Jacobs, 66, of Yorkville, IL passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 21, 1952 in Aurora, daughter of Frank and Helen Goetzinger. She married Eric Jacobs on July 5, 1992. Michele was a member of Yorkville American Legion.
She is survived by her husband, Eric of Yorkville, IL; her children, Frank Wylie of Yorkville, IL, Tina (Rick) Wilson of Yorkville, IL, Larry (Grace) Wylie of Sandwich, IL, Brian Wylie of Sandwich, IL, Danny (Samantha) Jacobs of Yorkville, IL, and Matthew Jacobs of Yorkville, IL; her grandchildren, Brittney, Brooke, Alexis, Steven (Alexis), Jordan, Mackenzie, Jessica, Danielle, David, Zachary, and Carter; seven great grandchildren; her siblings, Patricia (Fred) Hibbert of Joliet, IL; Frank (Tammy) Goetzinger of Yorkville, IL, and Valois White; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son-in-law, Steve Gyovai, and one nephew, Brandon.
