Michael W. Goldsmith

Michael W. Goldsmith, 42, of LaSalle, IL passed away Monday, December 26, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born August 5, 1974 in Sandwich, IL, the son of Donald and Louise Neeley Goldsmith. Michael was a huge Green Bay Packer fan. He like to sing karaoke and fishing. Michael loved spending time with his daughter. He was a loving father and uncle.
He is survived by one daughter, Gracie; two brothers, Don Judy Goldsmith of Byron, IL and Jay Goldsmith of Homestead, FL; three nephews, Rob Livi Goldsmith, Jeff Goldsmith and Mark Goldsmith.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gary.
Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Burkhart-Eighner Funeral Home in Sandwich with Pastor Derek Johnsen officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Landess Cemetery in Campbell, MO. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the funeral home in Sandwich. Memorials may be directed to Gracie for her future education.
