Mary M. Laskowski, 90, of Earlville, Formerly of Elmwood Park, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, IL. She was born November 15, 1924. She married Frank "Red" Laskowski on June 23, 1951 in Chicago, IL. Mary was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, gardening and playing cards
She is survived by one daughter, Judy Gary Johnson of Encinitas, CA; two sons, Larry Christine Laskowski of San Jose, CA and Russ Bon Foley Laskowski of Cary, IL; three grandchildren, Nicholas Jo Laskowski, Meghan Michael Rivera and Lance Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister and three brothers.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Earlville with Rev. Bo Schmitt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery in Earlville. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2015 with a prayer service at 8:00 p.m. There will also be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville.
