Lois F. Wessman, age 83, of Sandwich, IL passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. She was born May 3, 1934 in Chicago, IL the daughter of George and Adeline (Slicer) Brehm. She attended Gage Park Elementary and Jones Commercial High School. She married Elbert F. “Duke” Wessman on April 13, 1957 in Chicago, IL. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Somonauk, IL.
She is survived by her three sons, Rod (Laura) Wessman of Alpharetta, GA; Brad (Deborah) Wessman of Aurora, IL and Rick Wessman of Sandwich, IL; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her extended family and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Her request was to share the following message ‘I Loved spending time with my family’.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 10, 2018 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Somonauk, IL with Rev. William C. Weidenbach officiating.
