Lillian J. Albright

 Lillian J. Albright, 89, of Plano, Il passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026. She was born on December 9, 1936 in Plano, IL. the daughter of Christ and Lillie (Eckman) Christensen. She married John Albright on May 9, 1958 at the Plano Methodist Church in Plano and were married for 53 years. Lillian worked for the USPS for over 30 years. She was very passionate about bowling. She would always look forward to her yearly trips with her friends, Judy, Sandy, and Audrey. They would travel together to attend bowling tournaments and visit casinos.

She is survived by her one son, Kevin “ Fuzz” Albright of Plano, IL; two daughters, Jackie (Kevin) Garcia of Kentucky and Kelly (Elmer) Christian of Sandwich, IL; ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sue Payne; granddaughter, Beth Gosnell; great grandson, Richard Simmons; and three siblings, Harold (Phyllis) Christensen, Mildred (Bob) Pehlke and Albert (Jeannie) Christensen.

Cremation rites were entrusted to Turner-Eighner Funeral Home. Services will be private.
