LeAnn J. Hoffman, 47, of Oswego, IL passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016 at her home in Oswego. She was born November 11, 1969 in Aurora, Illinois the daughter of Albert and Elizabeth Eatman Hoffman. LeAnn loved her son Tyler, daughter Brandy and life partner Jason Lukacs.
She is survived by her father, Albert step-mother Marilyn Hoffman of Somonauk, IL; one daughter, Brandy Lukacs; one son, Tyler Lukacs; one granddaughter, Riley Lukacs; her step father, Fred Fregin and her life partner Jason Lukacs all of Oswego, IL; three brothers, Brent Fregin of Sandwich, IL, Matthew Krista Hoffman of Somonauk, IL and Albert Hoffman Jr. of Oswego, IL; one sister, Tia Hoffman of North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth and one son, Curtis Hoffman.
