Kenneth Ray Mickelson, 58, of Waterman, Illinois passed away Monday, October 11, 2010 at his home. He was born March 23, 1952 in Big Rock, IL, the son of Oluf and Olive Olson Mickelson. He attended Big Rock Grade School and Somonauk Grade School and graduated from Somonauk High School in 1970. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was employed at McCaslin Bakery and retired from F.S. in Waterman after 35 years of services. He enjoyed golfing and visiting with friends.
He is survived by two sisters, Barbara Olson Oliver of Aurora, IL and Carol (Dave) Conklin of Palatka, FL; three brothers, Clifford (Sue) Mickelson of Phoenix, AZ, Byron Mickelson of Sandwich, IL and Dave Mickelson of Montgomery, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents.
