Kathryn C. Fahrlander, 98, of Plano, formerly of Aurora, IL passed away Friday, June 24, 2011, in Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion in Sandwich, IL. She was born December 22, 1912 in West Brooklyn, IL the daughter of August and Linnie (Parker) Chaon. She married Louis Fahrlander in 1936 in Aurora, IL. She graduated from Aurora College in 1965 and was employed by Aurora Clinical Laboratory in Aurora, IL as a lab technician.
She is survived by one son, Dennis (Rose) Fahrlander of Yorkville; three grandchildren, Denise Schiltz, Debbie Thomas, Dennis Fahrlander Jr.; three great grandchildren, Hillary Schiltz, Allison and Ryan Thomas; one niece, Faye (Don) Lynch of Sycamore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother, Stanley Chaon.
A private memorial service was held Monday, June 27, 2011 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Plano, IL.
