Kathleen Joy St. Jacques, 55, of El Paso, TX passed away on December 19, 2013. She was born April 16, 1958 in Sandwich, IL the daughter of Robert and Joy (Murphy) Tuftee. Kathy grew up and attended school in Somonauk, IL. At the time of her death she was residing in El Paso, TX. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Phillips; two grandsons, Alex and Tarron; two brothers, Michael Tuftee of VanAlstyne, TX and Brian (Debbie) Tuftee of Kerrville, TX and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
