Judith "Judy" Ohlson

Judith "Judy" Ohlson, 67, of Mendota, IL passed away, Thursday, May 9, 2013 at IL Valley Community Hospital in Peru, IL. She was born December 4, 1945 in Fort Worth, Texas the daughter of Robert and Wilma (Hunt) Watt. She married Alvin "Al" Ohlson on December 9, 1966 in Fort Worth, TX. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Earlville, where she was very active with the Senior Saturday’s, helping with the meals and the fellowship after. Judy worked in the home health care field for over 18 years.

She is survived by her husband, Al; two sons, Michael Ohlson of Marseilles, IL and Troy (Wendy) Ohlson of Somonauk, IL; 4 special grandchildren, Austin, Clayton, Dylan and Baylee;

She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving grandmother, Louise Weed.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Immanuel Lutheran Church 415 S. East St. Earlville, IL with Rev. Norman Stark officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013 in the church until the time of service. Memorials may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Earlville. Arrangements were entrusted to Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville.
