John Joseph Foulkes, 70, of Earlville, formerly of St. Charles and Genoa, IL, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born May 27, 1949 in St. Charles, IL, the son of Walter C. and Mary A. (Bell) Foulkes. He married Mary Anne Nilles on August 9, 1998 in Lombard, IL. John was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in St. Charles. He worked for Strat Moore Printing Company for many years doing janitorial and maintenance duties. John was blessed with the gift of gab, he never knew a stranger, just a friend he hadn’t met yet.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Anne of Earlville, IL; two daughters, Rebecca Lynn and Beth Ann; his five siblings; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Brian Keith.
