John Oliver Fleming

John Oliver Fleming, 80, of Somonauk, Illinois passed away Saturday, December 19, 2009 in Tillers Healthcare Residence in Oswego, IL. He was born August 4, 1929 in Chicago, IL, the son of Paul and Marie (Papez) Fleming. John married Dorothy A. Fuchs on May 4, 1957 at St.Michael's Catholic Church in Chicago, IL. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Somonauk, IL, and served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, his eight children, Elizabeth (Dr.Scott) O'Connor of Sugar Grove, IL, and their children, Ben, Tessa, Oliver, and Hannah; John P. (Betina) Fleming of Peoria, IL, and their children, Jake, Abby, Josh, Ana, and Isabel, Dr.Lawrence (Dr.Kim) Fleming of League City, TX and their children, Christopher, Sarah, and Andrew; Daniel (Patti) Fleming of Ballston Spa, NY, and their children, Danny, Trisha (Ryan) and Amelia, Patricia (Frank) Milazzo of Elmhurst, IL, and their children, Charlotte and Alayna, Catherine Fleming of Elgin, IL, and Stephen Paul (Elisabeth) Fleming-Prot of Seattle, WA, and their daughter Louise, one sister Mary Fleming of WI, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
