Jerome K. Bocian, 79 of Plano, IL passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 at Valley West Hospital in Sandwich, IL. He was born October 20, 1936 in Oak Park, IL the son of Peter and Helen (Kibitlewski) Bocian. He married Sharon A. Mitchell on September 28, 1967 in Wood Dale, IL. He was Veteran having served in the United States Army. Jerome enjoyed gardening, motorcycles, camping, boating and fixing everything. But his greatest love of all was his family.
According to Jerome’s wishes there will be no visitation and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife Sharon of Plano; two daughters, Teresa (Edward) Kropiwiec of Plano, IL and Charlene (Brian) Travilla of St. Charles, IL; five grandsons, Jonathan, Nicolas, Aiden, Colin and Parker; one sister Paulette Bocian of San Diego, CA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Timothy Bocian, one sister Barbara Bocian and one brother James Bocian.
