Jennifer Gallegos, 34, of Sandwich passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She was born February 2, 1979 in Arlington Heights, IL the daughter of Lionel and Debra (Nickel) Gallegos. She was a member of the OI Foundation. Jennifer loved making jewelry but most of all she was always helping people.
She is survived by her mother and step-father, Deb (Richard) Reid of Sandwich; one sister, Samantha (Todd) Kornoski of Sandwich, IL; two nieces Willow and Tara; two nephews, Reuben and Phoenix; her grandmother, Joanne Nickel of Palatine, IL; great grandmother, Lillian Glanzer of Marian, SD; two aunts, Barb Nickel of Palatine and Suzanne Heyn of Palatine; one uncle Robert Nickel, Jr. of Birmingham, AL and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and her grandfather.
