Jeffery Lee Huber, 57, of Somonauk passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 unexpectedly at Valley West Community Hospital in Sandwich. He was born September 11, 1955 in Sandwich the son of Vincent and Edna (Rompf) Huber. He married Eva Jane Oakes on May 26, 1995 in Ottawa. He was a member of Sandwich Moose Lodge 1016, Teamsters Union and was employed for over 30 years at Tri-County Concrete in Sandwich retiring in 2009.
He was survived by his wife Jane, of Somonauk; his mother, Edna Huber of Sandwich; three brothers, Greg (Pattie) Huber of Yorkville, Dennis Huber of Chandler AZ. Roger Huber of Sandwich; one nephew, Matt Huber of Yorkville; two nieces, Jennifer Huber of Peru, Melinda (Michael) Freeman of LaSalle and his loving dog Precious.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be held at 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday March 1, 2013 at Turner Eighner Funeral Home in Somonauk, IL. Burial will be at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the charity on one’s choice.
