Jean E. Zobott

Jean E. Zobott, 79, of Sandwich, IL passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at her residence in Sandwich. She was born March 24, 1936 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Harvey and Agnes Schuman Zobott. Jean lived at Open Door in Sandwich for 35 years. She was a member of Union Congregational Church in Somonauk, IL, where she attended every Sunday. She loved everyone and always gave a big hug to them. Jean greatly looked forward to her visits to Florida with her sister every year.
She is survived by one sister, Joan Higbea of Homosassa, FL; one brother, Raymond J. Joan Zobott of Naples, FL, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Harvey Paul Zobott
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Burkhart-Eighner Funeral Home in Sandwich, IL with Rev. Michelle Prentice-Leslie officiating. Private burial will be in Bohemian National Cemetery in Chicago, IL. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 1st in the funeral home until the service at 12:00 noon.
