James H. McInerney, 90 of Cleveland, Wisconsin, passed away October 3, 2017 in Manitowoc, WI. James was born February 10, 1927 at Earlville, IL, the son of Louis and Ruth Owens McInerney. He was united in marriage to Joy Ann Goble from Paw Paw, IL on October 16, 1948. He was a machine designer for several companies for 40 years until his retirement in August of 1992. He was a member of St. Wendel Church in Cleveland, WI, where he was active in the Cleveland Boy Scouts, and he was an active member of the Knights of Columbus for 50 years.
James is survived by his children, Kevin Sue McInerney, Daniel Howard Joann McInerney and Elvita McInerney; one brother, Raymond Ruth McInerney of Earlville, IL; one nephew, Michael Sherry McInerney and one niece, Kimberly McInerney.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Joy on February 12, 1994.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville, IL with Father Augustin Kassa officiating. Burial will follow in St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery Earlville, IL. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 7, 2017 until the time of services at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral Home.
