James William Hamill

James William Hamill, 39, of Compton, IL passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL. He was born April 25, 1978 in Aurora, IL the son of Samuel John and Sandra Louise Gregg Hamill. He married Jennifer Morris on April 22, 2013 In Dixon, IL. He worked at Ryder Trucking Company in Rochelle, IL. James enjoyed spending time with his children, watching TV, horror movies and cartoons. He loved just being home with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Jenny of Compton, IL, his father Sam, his step-mom Linda of Phoenix, AZ, two children, Mikayla and Sabrina; five step-children, Kiah, Madison, Jason, Virginia and Sarah; one nephew, PFC Julian Hamill, several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra, grandparents, one brother Michael Hamill, two uncles, Robert and Richard and one cousin Shelly.
