Jacqueline Lee "Jacki" Jones

Jacqueline Lee “Jacki” Jones, 43, of Plano, Illinois passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 13, 1972 in Chicago, IL the daughter of George and Catherine (Mammoser) Bednar. She attended Mother Theodore Guerin High School in River Grove. She married Robert Owen Jones II on June 28, 1997 in St. Celestine’s in Elmwood Park, IL. She was a cheerleading coach, volunteer baseball coach, and a loving wife and mother.
She is survived by her husband, Robert O. Jones II of Plano, one daughter, Taylor Jones and one son Dylan Jones; her parents, George and Cathy Bednar; one sister, Brenda (Keith) Pomorin; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Lauren, Samantha, Alyssa, Jacob and Isaiah; one brother, Chris (Maureen) Bednar; and one niece Caitlin, and several aunts uncles; her father and mother-in-law, Robert O. (Judy) Jones; brother and sister-in-law, Rich (Cindy) Yaverski (Jones) and nephews, Joshua and Ryan; sister-in-law, Beth Wilson (Jones) and nieces, Lindsey and Morgan.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard and Shirley Mammoser and Frank and Virginia Bednar.
Prayer service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Plano, IL, with Father Michael Callea M.I.C. officiating. Burial will follow in Little Rock Township Cemetery in Plano. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, April 27, 2015 in the funeral home and from 10:00 am.
