Hazel E. Budach

Hazel E. Budach, 90, of Earlville, IL passed away, Sunday, February 4, 2007 in Mendota Lutheran Home Mendota, IL. She was born July 4, 1916 in rural LaSalle County the daughter of Ole and Mary Howe Thompson. She married Herbert Budach on October 9, 1940 in Earlville, IL. Hazel was a graduate of Earlville High School. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Earlville, the Dorcas Circle, taught Sunday School for many years. She enjoyed being a homemaker and helping her husband with the farm.

She is survived by her cousins, Marilyn Thrawl and Ruth Ann Applebee both of Seneca, IL; several nieces, nephews, and a special friend, William D. Leopold of Mendota, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Herbert Budach, and one brother in infancy.

Funeral Serivces will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Earlville, IL with Reverend Donald L. Knowles officiating. Burial will follow at Precinct Cemetery in rural Earlville. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville.
