Grace M. McGill, 91, of Yorkville passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Sandwich Rehabilition and Health Care Center in Sandwich, IL. She was born July 1, 1922 the daughter of Jack and Lena (Storkey) Everett in Edna, OK. Grace was united in marriage on December 24, 1945 to Kenneth L. McGill and they spent the 67 years together until his passing on January 22, 2013. Grace was a homemaker and enjoyed scouting the corn fields for her treasured Native American arrow heads for her collection. She always enjoyed traveling and shopping. Grace always looked forward to the many trips that she and Ken took to Wisconsin on their fishing trips.
She is survived by her daughter, Grayce M. (Bud) Lightfoot of Diamond Bar, CA; her grandson, Wayne E. (Kathie) Lightfoot of Rialto, CA; her great grandson, Matthew W. (Riffany) Lightfoot and her great great granddaughter, Emma Lightfoot of Mount Dora, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother.
According to Grace’s wishes there will be no services.
