Frances L. Hill, 74, of Mendota, formerly of Ramsey, IL, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 at Heritage Health in Mendota. She was born October 27, 1941 in Bayle City, IL, the daughter of John and Elpha Summers Warren and later had foster parents, Maurice and Hazel Toberman.
She is survived by one daughter, Lori Steve Warnke Haas of Maynard, IA; three sons, Bryan Lorrie Hill of Paw Paw, IL, David Hill and Daniel Hill both of Reed Springs, MO; eleven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Woods of NC and Ruth Ann Bain of Mt. Vernon; two brothers, Doug Susan Johnson of Mt. Vernon, IL and Stanley Janice Toberman of Fillmore, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Cecil Warren.
