Edward R. Kline, 58, of Earlville, IL passed away Saturday, May 26, 2012 at his home in Earlville. He was born August 12, 1953 in Aurora, IL the son of Theodore and Betty (Glenn) Kline. He married Marcelina Soverano in Seoul, South Korea on December 18, 1987. Edward was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served for 20 years. He was a member of the Aurora V.F.W., and a life member of the N.R.A.
He is survived by his wife Marcy of Earlville; two daughters, Nancy (Derrick) Snyder of Dayton, OH, and Jessica ( Fiance James Wallace) Kline of Earlville, IL; three sons, Christopher Kline of Louisville, KY, Jesse Kline of Pevely, MO and Jonathan Kline of Earlville, IL; four sisters, Peggy, Betsy, Mary and Deanna, and several nieces and nephews,
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Theodore.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon, Friday, June 1, 2012 at Earlville United Presbyterian Church, 620 S. Ottawa St. Earlville, IL with Pastor Del Keilman officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m., Friday at Riverside Cemetery in Montgomery, IL. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., Friday at the church until the time of services at noon.
