Cloyce "Bud" Butler, 68, of Earlville, IL passed away, Sunday, December 2, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 29, 1944 in AR, the son of Floyd and Ruby (Weaver) Butler. He married Patricia Schoo on May 26, 2001 in Earlville, IL. He was a dedicated employee of Pomps Tire Service of Green Bay, WI for many years. Bud was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Patty of Earlville; one son Kevin (Alicia) Butler of Roscoe, IL; one daughter, Sheila Butler of Oswego, IL; one step-daughter, Kristen (Jeremy Tilllman) Schoo of Earlville; three grandchildren, Catie Abel, Arron (Paige) Butler and Erik Butler; one sister, Pat (John) Hoyt of Hundred, WV, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 a.m., Friday, December 7, 2012 at Earlville United Presbyterian Church in Earlville, with Pastor Del Keilman officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville.
