Charles Q. Sneed, 79, formerly of Verona, Mississippi passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 in Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion in Sandwich, IL. He was born December 18, 1937 in Hurricane, MS the son of Carl and Madie Garner Sneed. He married Janet Ness in 1979. Charles was Veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed fishing, playing the slots, and was an avid lifelong Cubs fan.
According to Charles’s wishes there will be no visitation and a private graveside service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by two nieces, Jodi Randy Wilkinson of Newark, IL and Debbie Dennis Ferguson of Somonauk, IL; two great nephews, Dustin Wilkinson and Dennis Ferguson III.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Janet.
