Charles A. Parks, 88, Sandwich, IL, passed away Friday, June 22, 2018, at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion in Sandwich. He was born September 27, 1929, in Rochester, NY, the son of Vernon L. and Frances L. (White) Parks.
He is survived by his cousins, Thomas (the late Vicki) Vaughan of Chicago, IL and Michael (Terri) Vaughan of Madison, WI and Naples, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
