Austreberta R. Del Rivero, 83, of Plano, Illinois, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 1, 1941 in Durango, Mexico the daughter of Esteban and Maria De Luz (Acosta) Rosales. She married Lauro Del Rivero on May 19, 1965 in Durango, Mexico. She liked to pray for all her friends and family. She enjoyed sewing, cleaning, baking, and taking walks. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Lauro; her son, Lauro (Gaby) Del Rivero, granddaughter, Itzel (Alfonso), grandson, Ethan Mendez, granddaughter, Danay Mendez, granddaughters, Jesny and Liz Del Rivero, Daughter Luz Del Rivero (Jesus) Flores, grandson, Jesus (Diana), grandchildren, Mateo, Gael, Alma, Elias Flores, grandson, Oscar (Stephanie) Flores, grandchildren, Emma, Alana, Flores, daughter, Beatrice (Neno) Lopez, grandson Osvaldo (Nataly), Orlando Lopez, daughter Mariela (Maurilio) Martinez, granddaughter, Mariela, grandson, Mauro, granddaughter, Maday Martinez, son, Eleazar (Magda) Del Rivero, grandson, Eleazar Jr., granddaughter, Perla, Gema Del Rivero; brother, Angel (Maria) Rosales, and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Merced and Celia Rosales, one brother, Cande Rosales.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Plano, IL with Pastor Jimmy Dominguez reciting. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 23, 2024 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Plano, IL, with Father Diego Maximino officiating.
