Annie Ruth Cook, 58, of Mendota, IL passed away Saturday, June 27, 2014 in LaSalle County Nursing Home rural Ottawa, IL. She was born October 23, 1956 in Dillon, SC the daughter of Jasper and Doris Davis Cook.
According to Annie’s wishes there will be no visitation and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville, IL.
She is survived by one daughter, Kayla Kevin Fultz of Mendota, IL, three sons, Mike Debi Madden of Ottawa, IL, Russell Farley and Steven Weiman both of Earlville, IL, seven grandchildren, three sisters, Denise, Delores and Gail, and one brother David.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Steven.
