Anita Clayton Britt, 86, of Newark, IL passed away Monday, December 13, 2010 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 15, 1924 in Ottawa, IL, the daughter of Clarence and Minnie Breese Clayton. Anita attended Yorkville High School, and in 1945 graduated from Copley Hospital School of Nursing. Her career and Copley classmates were close to her heart, as was the countryside that she called home.
She married George M. Britt on September 12, 1945.
