Adele S. Book

Adele S. Book, 80, of Plano passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora. She was born March 26, 1938 in Aurora, IL, the daughter of Trigg and Martha (Ronning) Kjaer. Adele graduated from Yorkville High School in 1956. She married Thomas E. Book on December 12, 1964 Bristol, IL. Adele was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening and spending time in Wisconsin but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by three sons, Richard (Kim) Book of Brimfield, IL, Robert (Dan Acosta) Book of Chicago, IL, and Randy Book of Plano, IL; three granddaughters, Ashley (Jacob) Schneider of Peoria, IL, Hannelore “Kika” (Joel Rice) Book, and Oliva Book both of Brimfield, IL; three great grandchildren, Avery, Isaac, and Cole; one brother, John (Reggie) Kjaer of Somonauk, IL; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Thomas, and one brother, Harold Kjaer.
