Vera M. Hamilton

Vera M. Hamilton, 91, of Earlville, IL passed away, Sunday, May 10, 2015 in Heritage Health in Mendota. She was born September 14, 1923 in Earlville, IL the daughter of Robert W. and Ida E. (Budach) Hamilton. She was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Earlville. She worked for the Earlville Dime Store as a clerk for many years.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and great great nieces, including, Maryann Wooley, Robert (Marlya) Wooley, Susan Hamilton, Russell (Jamie) Pratt Jr., Janis (Neil) Mederich, Micaylah Wooley, Tyler Wooley, Katie Pratt and Maddie Pratt, Amanda Mederich and Abbie Mederich.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Betty Rose Hamilton, Ruth Wooley, and Dorathea Wilkins one brother Robert Hamilton and one nephew Michael Hamilton, one niece Carolyn Pratt.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon, Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Earlville, IL with Pastor Del Keilman officiating. Burial will follow in Precinct Cemetery rural Earlville. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m., Thursday in the church until the time of service at noon.
