Randy E. Perkins, 33, passed away in his home on May 29, 2010 in Ottawa, IL. He was born Randall Eugene Mathews on December 17, 1976 soon to be adopted by Fred and Karen Wood Perkins of Millbrook, IL in 1980. Randy attended Newark High School. He was a caring young man with love of the outdoors. Randy spent many years in the lawn mowing service and did charity work for St.Rita's Ministry in Aurora. He was an inspiration to all who learned to survive on their own.
He leaves behind his son, Ethan Frederick Perkins and a girlfriend, Tosha Jackson. He has a daughter, Valerie Rose. He also leaves behind his twin sister, Brandi Otto and her four children, Colton and Logan Otto and Jenna and Jayden Coffey, his father, Frederick C. Perkins, and maternal mother, Katherine Tracey. He also had a sister, Diane C. Perkins and brothers, Josh Steve, and Phil.
He was preceded in death by adopted mother, Karen L. (Wood) Perkins last year.
